Hi
I am still fairly new to SW but have a few questions about the different plans and weightloss and would be very grateful for any advice.
I started on my first week doing extra easy but didn't lose any weight so decided to switch to green, however I still haven't lost anything. Which plan do you follow and have you had good loses? Is it possible to eat too much of a free food so that you put on weight? Also do you find it makes a difference to your loss if you eat in the evening?
Sorry to ask so many questions but I am very interested in others experiences on SW.
