nice gravy anyone ???

iv done a slow cooked joint of beef and really want a nice slimming world gravy!! can anyone point me in the right directio! my slimming world gravys always come out tasting strange and not sure if its the corn flour!!

Britmum has a fab gravy on her Slimming Eats blog - I tried it at the weekend for the first time with toad in the hole and it was absolutely delicious, can't recommend it highly enough and actually was coming on Minimins to post a link and tell people to try it!

yep britmums syn free gravy is amazing i made some and froze half of it really simple to make

you seriously wont need to thicken it up, as with blending the onions, that in itself thickens the gravy.
