One Onion chopped (I used Red)
Extra Lean mince
Worcestershire Sauce
Bacon with fat trimmed off.
1 raw egg
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
Frylight the onion for a long time until soft, squidge into the mince with your hands, add an egg and 1tsp Worcesterchire Sauce and mix.
Shape half the mix into an oval shape in a roasting tin, lay three hard boiled eggs down the middle, place the rest of the mix on top and squidge together to make a bloomer shape.
Lay slices of bacon crossways and tuck the ends underneath.
Bake in the oven for One hour at 220 or until juices clear.
I made a tomato and garlic sauce but it was fine without the sauce.
