Hi again..... I'm not a new member to minimins. Infact you will see I have been a member for
Years in my profile. I had lost just under 4 stone. Began my journey at 17.12lbs and got down to 13.11lbs but after a summer holiday I gained some and went up to 14.4lbs. I've struggled to lose this year! But 5 weeks ago my boyfriend and I received great news that we are expecting our first baby I'm currently 9 weeks preggers and after Christmas I stepped on the scales and was sickened to see 14.11!!!!!!!! Got real weigh in at group tonight but obviously I'm keeping my pregnancy a secret until I'm 12 weeks and have that scan! I am absolutely terrified of gaining 3 stone back like I have read many women do during pregnancy.
I'm finding the fact I can't talk to many about my weight during pregnancy very difficult and hoping to find the support I need here! I am
Back on plan today. Hoping to shift some of
The Christmas gain before I enter into my second trimester of pregnancy.
Thankfully my midwife approves of slimming world and is glad to hear I shall be monitoring my weight throughout. I have been lucky as I haven't really suffered with morning sickness however I have had extreme nausea and some foods where a no go and just crisps would do! I think that stage has passed..... Fingers crossed!
So today
Breakfast was a fruit salad (melon. Pineapple, clementines, apple)
Lunch will be hard boiled egg, 4 ryvitas (heb) and fruit.
Dinner is Singapore beef and stir fry noodles.
I need to slip in my a choices so might have cheese on toast for supper using my second heb (allowed two on ee whilst pregnant)
What does everyone think?
