NLP Practitioner

I have just enrolled to do an NLP practitioner course in November after my tummy tuck but just wondered has anyone else been on these kind of courses and did they enjoy them?

I am also looking at the PMck Advanced NLP with Hynotherapy but want to get the practitioner qualification first.

Hiya Mike

As you know I am a NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist and thoroughly enjoy my work. Being completely honest though I would suggest that you look at alternative training organisations other than PMcK because, eventhough he is very good at what he does and his course is run in association with Richard Bandler (one of the co-founders of NLP) it is most certainly not one of the better NLP trainings out there.

I totally understand that this might be hard to hear but my experience over the years has taught me that NLP needs to be taught and learned in an environment where quality is key as you are potentially dealing with people's lives.

Of course, for other non PMcK trained NLP Practitioners, like myself, we can earn a fairly good income from doing "clean up work" on their clients but to be honest I would rather the clients just got the results they wanted in the first place whilst retaining the stuff that is important to them - often things get changed but it is not ecological i.e ethical to the client!
