Don't remember the last time I posted it's that far back and I'm scared to even get on the scales...I really need to keep focus and try to get back on track. It's been probably over 6 months that I haven't been doing SW, so I know I have piled on the pounds again. For those of you who already know me: my SIL has already moved out so no excuses for me now to lose the weight as I am no longer tempted every day by her cooking.

I don't plan to go to group and hope I can do this on my own, but we'll see how I get on. Need to go out and buy a scale and will weigh myself tonight....

I have been doing well the last 2 days with SW friendly food, but going to make today Day 1 to a new me....

Green Day-

Breakfast (not a lot I know)- Peppermint Tea; 3 clementines
Lunch- Wholegrain Basmalti Rice with Chickpeas and Raita (yogurt with tomatoe, onion and cucumber), banana Snack- Shapes Yogurt and 1 Alpen Light (.5HEB) with Mint Tea
Dinner- Brown Spaghetti with Quorn Meatballs in Passatta Sauce with Onions, Green Pepper and Mushrooms. 1 Warburton WM Toast (.5HEB) with 1 Laughing Cow Cheese (HEA).
Snack- 1 Alpen Light (3.5 syns) with Mint Tea, Chocolate (6 syns); All Bran (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)

Water: 1.5 litres (with diluted sugar free juice) + 3 cups water with my tea

Exercise: Walk/jog - 30 mins with my friend
 
Had to buy 3 different scales and still not happy with them... at least they all show the same weight, but they don't seem very reliable and doesn't always give the reading and shows errors. Will try to get another tomorrow, but so far weight is showing 88kg :cry:

Good day food wise.

Green Day-

Snack- 1 Alpen Light (.5HEB) with peppermint tea, shapes yogurt, 1 clementine
Dinner- 4 Quorn Meatballs with WG Spaghetti in homemade tomatoe sauce.
Snack- 1 Alpen Light (.5 HEB) with peppermint tea. a little more than half of a curly wurly (3.5 syns), Twister (think they are 3 syns?), All bran (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)
Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: Housework !!
