No gallbladder

Has anyone had their gallbladder removers and taking xenicol?

Well I heard today you shouldn't take it if you had your gall bladder removed, so out of curiosity has anyone had stomach discomfort or slight pain? I am on xenicol one month. First gp visit tomorrow and I will say it to him. I had no problems up until this week, a weird pain! Anyone else have anything similiar?

Haven't seen that anywhere. I have been ok so far (I have only been on them 6 weeks!) - or at least no problems that I would put down to not having a gall bladder xxx

I've never heard of that. I have been on them since July last year without any problems.

It's ok to take them! I'm not really taking much xenicol now as I'm losing weight without them! Maybe one a day
