No key charm??

Hi everyone,
I`m new here so I really don`t know where to get answer to my question but I was wondering.. I just reached my 10% goal at WW and I didn`t get any keycharm.. just a 10% sticker..I don`t really know, should I ask my leader why I didn`t get it or in Ireland is different and you don`t get the same rewards and charms like in the UK or in the US?
I`m still happy with the result don`t get me wrong but I was hoping to get it :sign0009:

hi well done on getting your 10% :happy096: it seems to be different in the US , a key charm is a lovely idea unfortuntaly we only get stickers . im in norhern ireland and we r excluded from all the offers as well that r advertised which is a bit unfair plus we dont get the magizine in class but a day or 2 after it has been out in enland in saying all that i still love ww
