are they free? they are on offer in morrisons but dont's know if they are sin free, the say 0% fat and look like muller pot

No they are not free I'm afraid - I think they vary from 1.5 to 2 syns depending on the flavour but if you do a search you should be able to find out.

I fell for the "fat free" bit and bought 10 without checking (10 for £2), the mango, cherry and strawberry are all 2 syns I think. Looking at the ingredients, I think it's because they add quite a bit of fruit puree to them?

I also fell for the "fat free" bit and can't buy Muller Lights as they are not Veggie. The Nom ones are though. I bought the rhubarb flavour but can't find the syn value for these...does anyone know? Thanks x

Check out the SYN FREE YOGHURTS Sticky in the Recipe section - it lists all the Syn Free yoghurts, and I update it regularly.
