Ooooohhhh no Vicky!! I did read somewhere that they need rinsing first as they stink a little when you open them up & would have a required taste!

Yes it's the preserving liquid that can be a bit stinky. LOL. Having said that, I have used them straight away if what your cooking is very seasoned.

We had Guinea pigs when the kids were small, the got to associate the sound of the fridge door opening with lettuce, the row they made whenever the fridge was opened was enormous. LOL
