hi does anybody know the syn value of tesco value instant noodles the ones with the little sachet of flavouring in them they cost about 9p thankyou

I just saw another thread about this, it seems theyve recently gone up in syns. The only ones I can see online are:


Value Instant Noodles, Curry, made up as directed, 65g pack 6

Value Instant Noodles, Chicken, made up as directed, 65g pack 7
