Normal? (this may be TMI!!)

Hey

So today has been my first day of having the full 3 pills as yesterday when I started I only had one! I've noticed a few things but dunno if they're side effects or just my body.. so I wanna know if this is normal or just my body adjusting? As in, will every day be like this...?

I pooped about 5 times today, but not like normal ones, they were all really different from a usual poo! It was the last one I done that was the most normal of them all and after I felt a lot better! Is it like this every day?? I stuck to the rules (had about 6g of fat the whole day) so I'm kind of thinking I wouldn't ever want to go over the 15g a meal thing!!

The other things are I've been really thirsty and have been peeing a lot. Again this could just be me, my bladder is the size of a peanut, but wondering if its a side effect?

Hey I cant help alot but I can definetly agree that since I started I have been peeing like a camel. I have been drinking alot of water instead of juice though that maybe the same as you.
I cant help with the other thing as I havent experienced it (YET) and hope I dont but im sure someone will be able to help that has been doing it longer than me x x

I actually woke up thirsty this morning and it just continued on from there, I need to start drinking more instead of just complaining that I'm thirsty lol. Yeah I peed a lot before but omg - seriously - I went for a wee, came back to the laptop and needed again!!!

I have been exactly the same I have even been waking up at night for the toilet and that is something I have never done. I have to remind myself during the day to drink water but at night when I am home I drink it without noticing and think thats why I am up all night. I need to spread it out more lol

I was the same for the first few days. Pooing many times a day and also needing to drink a lot. All calmed down within about 10 days.

sounds pretty normal to me,once the xenical has been in your system a bit you should start to calm down,on the toilet front..i go once a day maybe twice.

make sure you drink plenty though at least 2 litres a day!

you dont want to go too low on the fat content,as long as you stick to no more than 45gs per day then you will be fine. remember,xenical only works with fat,so if you dont eat enough fat then it wont have any fat to work with.

It's actually been really hard to eat the full 15g each meal lol what kinds of things do you recommend?

I find it hard to try and get the fat in, to be honest im always under the 15gs per meal but usually manage 9-10.

ive never been one for breakfast or lunch so ive been supplementing with shakes, which gives me the cals and the fat i need.
i always have a good dinner though, the other night i had weight watchers chilli with wedges,that was about 11gs.

ive had some quorn meals thats been over 6-7gs.

im always under in my allowances but i do have to make an effort to eat enough for the xenical to have something to work with.

Caxton's Pink and Whites! They're like ice cream wafers with marshmallow inside them instead of icecream lol. Theres like 50cals in one and 0.1g of fat (and 0.8g fat per 100g) so really perfect for snacking on! They make one with jam in the middle too but I'm not sure of the nutritional details of those ones.

I love pink n whites!! I also discovered m&s crisps today that are just over 2g of fat in 100g! That made me very happy today

right ok so now im even more confused .. i thought yu had to get the fat down as low as possible ... lordy i have a lot to learn.. and if them crisps are allowed im there tomorrow that will def take up my fat count ..

Hi Katie,you have a set daily allowance of total fat, which is 45gs per day, no more than 15gs per meal...

the xenical works by diverting 1/3 of the fat you eat away from your digestive system,that is techincally how the weight is lost,combined with exercise.now if you dont eat fat, the xenical will have nothing to bind with and nothing to work with.
does that make sense now?

you will find that because of the rules, what you choose to eat wont be high in fat,this is where the 5g per 100g comes in..so youre eating low fat anyway.
