Hi all, not been on for a good few weeks or may even have been a month....lol....but I'm still doing really well been on the plan for 12 weeks now and have lost to date 45lbs.....been to a few bbqs and been really good by eating my packs before going and not touching any of the other food which I'm really proud for not doing lol.....I'm finding the plan really easy, before I started the plan I'd think about food 24/7 but now I don't it might be due to the fact I can't eat anything else so it's not worth thinking about .....I'm going to do this for another 2 months and I'll be where I want to be....how is everyone else doing...??? And how easy or hard are you finding it...???
