Hi everyone I posted the other day about stopping losing weight despite exercising a ridiculous amount and being very 'good'
I very much overdid the exercise all last week up to sunday, when I thought trudging through the snow at top speed for over 2 hours would be a good idea! Monday morning I was in agony and vowed to have at least a few days off exercise.
I have recently been given a promotion at work on a secondment so have thrown myself into that this week and in the evenings really relaxed.
Anyway I have been eating a bit less as my appetite decreased pretty much immediately when I wasnt killing myself with cardio!
I didnt expect the scales to go down quite so much so, Monday is my weigh day and I was really peed off to be 11 stone 9lbs then, when I was 11 stone 6lbs the previous week!
This morning though I was amazed i am 11 3! It appears stopping exercising has been great for my weight loss, how ODD is that?
Has anyone else experienced this strange phenomenon? I am back to the gym tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday so I will see on Monday what it does to my weight!
