Hi guys still feeling empty this is nearly my four month but I feel like I could eat a horse,
plus my hair seems to be falling out I have til at least sept really worried I wil have a bald patch by then , does it grow back as soon as you stop

Your hair is falling out a normal rate it's just that you aren't producing new hairs. Once you finish up on lipotrim, new hairs should start growing again in a matter of weeks.

Just keep focusing on all your achievements so far and keep that picture in your head of you at goal. I have been treating myself for successes like every loss I buy something nice. Today cause I stayed 100% all week I got a new lipgloss.

Right so does that mean I am goons be bald by sept !!! I luckily have quite thick hair but am worried it will become noticeable, like a lot of ppl on here I have major issues with confidence and can't wear a hat all summer ,,,
Is there anything I can take to help,

no you won't be bald, its just that the hair loss happens erratically rather than on a daily basis, so you feel like you are losing loads when in fact you aren't losing any more than you normally would over the same period of time x

My pharmacist said that hair loss is normal after 3 or months of starting LT, she said it shouldn't lead to noticeable patches and will grow back as normal.

My hair fell out quite drastically last time and yes it was noticable. I have always had really thick hair and it was very scary. My hair did start to grow back again and is now as thick as it ever was. I am scared it will happen again but to be honest would rather go through a period of having less hair on top for a while than have a massive body and loads of head hair :S

Please be reassured it will go back but try to be prepared becuase the hair may be quite drastic. But the loss is different for everyone.

Good Luck with the diet xxx

Ok I think right now I am having to come to terms with a lot of things with this diet such as hair lose skin hell I beginning to get a turkey neck and it'd not shifting!!! I dunno :) xx

:( Sorry to hear you are having a tough time. The very first time I did Lipotrim I lost a lot of hair too, but not until I began to re-feed. I too had really thick hair and I lost (according to my stylist) about 40% I noticed and obviously she noticed but nobody else ever mentioned it :D It was a small price to pay for the weight loss and it did grow back relatively quickly. I now take a hair supplement when I am on Lipotrim, Superior Hair from Victoria Health (online) and my Sister in Law gets one from her Chemist called Hair Vit (by Health Aid) £25.99 for 3 months supply. Now whether they work or not who knows but it is worth a try. Good luck ;)
