not loosing on slimming world, help please

i keep yoyoing on slimming world, my weight loss is always very slow (1/2lb or 1lb per week) and if i go off plan slightly i gain alot :sigh:, would be very grateful if anyone has any suggestions to improve my weight loss.

heres my intake for today:

B: 2 chocolate weetabix (hex b + 2 syns), semi-skimmed milk (250ml hex a) and 1 banana

L: Slimming world quiche (made with pasta 'n' sauce 1 syn per serving) and salad (lattice, salad onions, cucumber and peppers)

S: coffee (with sweetener and milk from allowance) and 1 alpen light bar (3syns)

D: chicken, mushroom and bacon risotto (made with 25g of Philadelphia extra light 1.5 syns)

S: activia 0% fat yoghurt with fruit and sweetener

7.5 syns

I'm very new to SW myself so may be not the best person to comment, but are you making sure that a third of your plate at every meal is made up of the Super Free foods? My group leader really pushes this rule as being very important.
