I have had 2 weigh ins and still no loss :( I've stuck to the plan but it's not shifting! I have a 6 week old baby and am desperate to lose weight. X

Post you food diary and we'll take a look for you. Are you breast feeding and having more healthy extras? But really its only been a few weeks and your body will still be all over the place x

Ok thanks, I will do. I haven't been doing a diary but started today. I have stopped breast feeding now so no extras.

Todays food diary,

Breakfast
2 weetabix, milk and a banana

Lunch
Stir fry vegetables with stir fry noodles with soy sauce and a banana

Dinner
stir fry vegetables and stir fry noodles with soy sauce

Snacks
Orange, 2 pink and whites.

Iv been busty so the stir fry was easy and filling. X

It's disappointing not to see a loss, but hopefully it'll settle down and you'll start losing. Looking at your diary, what popped into my head was

Are you drinking plenty of water?

Are you measuring your milk from your Healthy Extra for your breakfast?

If you have tea/coffee with milk are you taking the milk from your Healthy Extra or synning it?

For your stirfries, is a third of your plate superfree? I know when I have noodles, I can end up with a LOT more noodle than veg.

I need to drink more water. I do measure my milk but am going to keep an eye on the amount of noodles in my stir fry :) I get weighed on Wednesday so will see how I get on :)

I'd agree with everyone here - ensure you're getting 1/3 superfree, add some protein (I see none and it's particularly important for repairing your body after you have given birth - so maybe chuck some prawns or quorn into your stirfry, or have a boiled egg with your breakfast), and ensure variety. I usually save some of the previous night's dinner for lunch so that I get two different meals in a day. Must be hard with a small baby but if you ever get a chance, cook something in bulk so you can take it out the freezer for some quick food that's not the same all the time. Your body likes to be kept on its toes!

Oh and just to check - are you stirfrying with frylight or oil? Oil has syns. Just in case!

I'd say on the whole it looks like you're not eating ENOUGH - unless you're really having mounds of noodles. With all the demands of post-pregnancy and small children, don't be too hard on yourself or your metabolism will slow.
