ok so my friend came round last night and had with her a bottle of volvic touch of fruits

so healthy looking all clear and pure with a hint of citrus

so i looked at the calories and was shocked (thats ALOT for water)

so i synned it 5 syns (WOWSERS)

you may as well have ALCOHOL

i always check dont worry i do but my friend was stunned shes not on sw but is pregnant and has to watch her sugar intake so that water was not a good idea :/

I went shopping with the MIL and she normally drinks appletise! In a 250ml glass

25.5 grams of sugar

That's per glass so in the whole bottle there is over 100g of sugar!!!!!!! I nearly went into shock!
