Yesterday my OH had a chinese. He bought it and ate it whilst I was out. Great, no problem with that. But of course he bought too much so sat and ate more in front of me at lunchtime. Tonight he had pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of strawberry cider followed by a Cruchie ice cream. I thanked him for his support.

i know the feeling hun, my hubby is the same, and he don;t put a pound on, really pees me off. why do we only have to binge once and put a few pounds on, i will never work this out, any1 else got any answers to why we pile it on so quick.?

He went to bed rather bloated so I had no sympathy for him lol.
As a body builder he generally keeps the weight off but has lost almost a stone since I've been doing this because he is generally (apart from the last 2 days!!) eating much more healthily.

my partner is quite fit and can eat what he wants , he is so lucky! I have the same problem i can gain a couple of 1lbs over nite when i binge .
