not sure about syning a kebab

I had chicken shish with just the salad, no pitta or sauce?
I'm on red days would I still syn it?

This will be interesting - I always think of it as a HEXB for olive oil (I guess there is some in the marinade), I am fairly sure that the salad is dressed with lemon juice....its difficult to think that there can be many if any syns, but I always count 5 just to be on the safe side. (this is where someone corrects me and I loose my guilt free takeaway!!!)

so looks like you are good without the sauces and the pitta bread and I'm very happy too! I will try and see if I can make a quick syn free garlic sauce. Oh, and Encona hot pepper sauces (all varieties) are free!

Thanks thats great although I've had no syns today so 6 wouldn't be 2 bad. I can have a treat later then x
