Decided to start this challenge thread for myself to give me a focus for the 30 days in November. I recently reached goal but didn't stay there for very long!
maintaining is hard!
My Challenges for November are
1. Use my cross trainer for at least 20 minutes every day (building up to 30 mins by end of 30 days)
2. Write down all syns, healthy extras and food choices (good or bad) every day
3. Try to keep under 10 syns during the week and 15 at weekends
4. 2 litres of water a day and green tea during the day
5. Record all of this here to keep me on the straight and narrow.
I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and record how far away from goal I am then and update my stats.
My normal weigh in day is Tuesday evenings but as I can't go to class tomorrow I'm afraid to leave it another week without seeing how bad things are so will weigh at home
This is the time to make a push and get back in target range and more importantly back into better habits before Christmas
