Hi all,just joined SW and am doing EE.start weight 10st10.5lb. first three days syns 11,4,17 then totally bombed with a 20 on sat night out meal.Exercise plenty at work and wondered what I may expect to lose week to week with an average syn per day of around 8 ish ? Never thought I would be allowed so much to eat.Any hints,tips etc gratefully received.Keep calm and keep synning,cheers all.Oh forgot to say ,im 5ft 6in male.want to get back into 30" waist jeans and weigh 10st.
 
A lot of people find they actually lose more by using up all of their syns & struggle to lose when they don't. Everyone's different so you have to find what works for you, but syns are calculated as part of the plan & cutting them down might not get you where you want to be any quicker. Just food for thought :)
 
Welcome along. Best tips I can think of, make sure you read all the material you're given, plan your meals and religiously keep your food diary as it's easy to just guess and then go completely off track. Also, when you do totally bomb, get straight back on plan the next day.

If you follow the plan you can't go wrong. The other thing is men usually lose weight quicker and you don't have a lot to lose so it really shouldn't take too long at all to be where you want to be. Good luck :D
