so I am just starting this journey and am in need of inspiration
so please tell me of some of your non scale victories - I know for some people on plans like this the scales show some lovely numbers - but reading the forum and some people seem to be having STS so what are your NSV that keep you on the plan

I have literally just come home from shopping- I bought 2 long summer dresses from Debenhams in normal sizes.... the first time in a lot of years I have not had to go to a fat shop!! woooohoooo! super chuffed.

Getting into a size 8 skirt .. jumped for joy! So chuffed been stuck at a 10-12 for over two years
