Day 1, - Original


Brunch,

Small tin of Spag Hoops free
2 Small Richmond Sausages - 6 sins
1 piece of fat free bacon - free
Lots of dry fried mushrooms - free
2 wholmeal slices of nimble - HEXB
2 tsp of light marg. - 1 sin

Snack

1 apple - free
1 muller light greekstyle fat free yoghurt -free


Dinner

Pasta mixed with onions, garlic, mushrooms, peas,quorn and chopped tomatoes. (Made enough to take for lunch tomorrow at work)

Pudding

28g Wenslydale with Cranberries HEXA

Day 2

Apple for breakfast.. I know I know.... but breakfast has never been my favourite meal

Lunch

Jkt Spud no butter! Tuna, cucumber Tomato and Lettuce at work.

Dinner

Yesterdays pasta concoction...
Alpen with Banana and milk HEXA and B
Muller Light Yoghurt

Apple x 2

Jkt spud tuna with a small amount of mayo. Cucumber and Tomato

2 x nimble wholemeal Hexb, mushrooms, spag hoops, slimming world chips and a poached egg

Alpen with milk ... managed breakfast hooray!

2 kitkat fingers

2 wholemeal nimble, small tin of spag hoops, and mushrooms for tea.
