Nyssa's cc diary - again!

Started cc again 2days ago, I did a vlcd diet at the beginning if the week, took a break and after 12weeks never got back on it, had a bad patch in personal life so back on it now 100%

I'm on 1200cals a day have been slightly under today and yesterday but having felt I've needed more.

I can't get to the gym so trying to walk more and have just bought a wii with the board and aloud if fitness games Zumba and just dance etc

Looking forward to starting this journey again and following it to the end!

We can definitely do it, slow and steady wins the race! A friend of mine is trying to lose weight, she is going gym 2hours a week and has made changes to her food choices not really dieting and without noticing she has lost a some over a couple of months do she has really inspired me, if it takes 6months to loose the weight then so be it!

I've got 188 cals left so treating myself to a cornetto enigma at 180cals :)
 
Soo pleased with myself I ate out today at nandos and I didn't check the calories before hand so I chose 1/4 chicken breast whereas I would normally have a burger with a side salad and rice whereas it would normally be chips garlic bread and coleslaw, lunch was only 382 calories and I felt stuffed after!

Still have 723 calories left for dinner this evening :)
 
Ahhh well done you! That's great! I always have a wrap at nandos, it's quite good there for low cal meals!

I'm off to the pub later for some teA, I'm all prepared of what I can and cnt have haha xxx

Oh what are you having?

I normally plan ahead and almost had a portobello mushroom and grilled halloumi burger but when j checked at home was almost 600cals!

Will definitely plan ahead in future as that would of been half of my calorie allowance gone! X
 
Your doing fab, I can't believe how high calories are in somethings but again you can get a lot for your cals if you choose wisely. I love Nando's. I've just added you on mfp hun. I'm MrsK1824 x
 
It is shocking the calories that are in some things without you realising and especially in things like Starbucks drinks etc

It's lovely with more people here for the support and chat, I hope you can get your wii sorted soon, can't wait to get into the swing of things again x

Hey, I have to def recommend the wii and the wii games, I had one (until it broke lol) and even though they're "games" they do make you sweat! I had the biggest loser, wii fit plus, just dance 3 and ea sports 2 and would do those in a rota. I've never had a nandos but thats great that you had a meal for under 400 calories at one of these places! xxx

Haven't been on here for a while things have gone up and down keep changing my mind saying I'm doing a vlcd duet again and never get round to starting it and gaining weight again!

I'm sticking to cc as its what's worked for me in the past and the weight stayed off, my wii has been collecting dust so need to start using it daily, feel free to add me on mfp I'm 88nyssa.

I went to sainsburys to buy something for tea tonight decided on pasta bake with chicken breast in herbs had all the stuff and my daughter was throwing a fit to the point where I had to get out of the shop, I put all the stuff back on the shelf and when I got home realised baby had a bag of pasta I gave her to play with, oops lol Guess its pasta for tea tonight then!
