O point soup

Can someone tell me if the following recipe would be classed as a O point soup please?

Carrots
Leeks
garlic
Salt
pepper
dried coriander leaves (1 tbs)
1 oxo cube
large saucepan of water

All boiled up and put in the blender

Can I class any 0 point vegetable whizzed up to become soup like as a 0 point soup?
Also, what variations do you use for this soup.
