Sherlock Holmes
Here is a recipe I've been using to make oat chocolate chip cookies and it works out at 3pp per cookie and makes 20.

Ingredients-
125g margarine
100g light brown sugar
37g caster sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
75g self raising flour
1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
130g oats
58g choc chips
Pre heat the oven to 170c (mine is a fan oven)
1) Cream the margarine, brown sugar and caster sugar until smooth
2) Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla essence
3) Combine the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt
4) Mix in the oats and chocolate chips
5) Drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 18-20 minutes.
