I everyone! I've been doing Dukan for just over a week and have lost well. I previously lost 3 stone on exante but put it all back on within 6 months!
I'm determined to get it off this time and keep it off by doing all of the Dr Dukan's stages!!
I'm currently struggling with the oatbran, so far I know I've not been eating enough because the few times I've made a muffin and a galette within a few hours I get terrible stomach pains and a urgent need to visit the toilet. It's so painful it's stopped me eating the oatbran now ( I don't understand this because I'm not intolerant to porridge)
I know its mainly used to increase fibre intake as well as other benefits. So I was just wondering if I could use a substitute? Like flax seed and vitamins? On exante I used psyllium husks to help the side effects.
I know it's not ideal but it's such a good diet!
Any suggestions would be gladly appreciated!
