dum dum me, picked up the variety pack instead of the original, which can be a HEA. Any idea of the syns for golden syrup and apple and blackberry?

Oh well - at least I can have bread with my soup tonight (HEB)

Just found this on another thread:

As the flavoured ones are 7 syns and the plain are 5 (when not used as a B) I have the flavoured ones and count them as a B plus 2 syns.....

I am not sure if this is allowed

the golden syrup one is 6 1/2 syns and the other one is 7 syns.

I'm not too sure about doing that though, personally i wouldn't recommend getting into that way of thinking, but everybody is different. xx

I didn't think the original would be very tasty but I gave it a try and added a banana and honey (1 syn). It was delicious and better than the 61/2 - 7 syns carnage used for the other flavours.
