I was looking at the carb value of sausages whilst cooking them for family last night. The one's I looked at were surprisingly low and shouldn't knock you out.
However, they were premium sausage and not filled with rusk, so I guess it would depend upon the type of sausage!
Anyway, think is to put your slip up behind you and get another with staying 100% from now on!
Hopefully wont have knocked me out. Raging cos I had 3 weeks 100% and dont know why I did it. Did an extra half hour exercise to try and make up for it.
Totally not planning on making a habit of it. Back on track now. Going to buy my wedding dress last week in Feb so want to get another stone off for that so am being a good girl now
