My first week I lost 9ib which was great but this week I have felt so cold and hungry I have cheated. I have been having the shakes in the day but a meal in the evening
I haven't been eating loads of bad things, tuna salad, jacket potato etc. I feel really bad now as today should have been my weigh in day. I now feel ready to start again but am really peed off with myself. I had a weigh in at home and haven't put any of the weight I lost the first week on but haven't lost any more either
