Here is my dinner for tonight!
Pork schnitzel from sw mag, but instead of the cabbage I made sw wedges and steam veg and made a beetroot relish ( jarred beetroot, extra light Mayo and fat free fromage frais)! It was Absolutly delicious
Thanks blue cow ;-) it was really yummy although I over cooked the pork slightly and all the White stuff is salt on the pork! I love salt I know it's bad but bad is always good hense y I am on sw lol x
