Oil Spray

I wonder if someone can help me with this.
use the frylight sprays - and they work ok, and have no syns which is obviously fab.
But the taste of something cooked in oil would obviously be better....
I have seen these pump sprays which you can fill with actual oil or oil and water.
Anyone have any idea how to calculate the syns of a spray of that?

thats a toughie. A teaspoon of oil is 2 syns on EE. So you would have to estimate what percentage of a teaspoon it was spraying. Or spray into a bowl and try to guess from that. Unless anyone does know specifically.

spary it into a bowl placed on scales and see what the weight ends up being ..... 1g would be 1 ml, so 5g would be 5 ml and be 1tsp worth
