I signed up to SW Online last night and i have been trying to find out if Rape Seed oil is a Syn, does anyone know?

I think most oils/fats are around 6 syns per tbsp as a general rule

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. You know I'm surprised that it's a syn i'll be extra careful when i use it
