Oils and dressings

Hi guys, i went to Asda and did a little food shop yesterday and whilst there picked up a bottle of herb, spice and chilli infused olive oil. i used it as a dressing my salad today and WOWEEEE! it gave a lovely kick and tasted scrumptious!!

anybody else got any great suggestions for salad dressings?? xox

Ooh that sounds nice, I bought a Paul Newman Mediterranean dressing which was low carb, didn't think of using flavoured oil

i got the garlic olive oil from asda , really lovely , i use it for everything from cooking to salads

greek yoghurt and a bit chopping mint is a nice dressing for tikka /tandoori style chicken you can get , serve with a side salad ....delish

have also got a lovely balsamic vinegar for my salads , check the labels though , they vary loads

my shopping takes me twice as long now with all the peering at the labels

I make my own, I buy a bottle of EVO and put a few chilli's and slices of garlic in it with a bay leaf. Yummy

It is nice LM, and of course you can vary the ingredients to your own tastes.
