Last night i gave into to 2 Rich tea and a choccy digestive on top of my 3 snacks...nothing too drastic i know and i went to bed before i demolished the whole biscuit tin, i need to stop telling myself its 'ok' because i go to the gym every morning....

I seem to be getting hungry at night so im trying a different method today, had a snack before gym ( 1 x weetabix, 90 ml hot milk) nd a shake now, then will have another shake about 4, and my tea about 6/630 when hubster gets home - then i have 2 snacks for tonight if i need them...hopefuly i will be fuller for longer (im also haveing a glass of water with every shake so im totally full)
