Im back its day 1 and im feeling good about it i want to lose 24lbs at least im just taking it day by day as i really struggled last time to get past day 3 even tho ive done it before successfully.

A quick question i have been doing lots of exercise over the last mth or soEveryday for 60min+ Do you think i will be ok to continue this also im starting a new zumba class this eve any advice re fitness n exante would be great.

If you're used to the exercise then carry on. You may need to not be as energetic though :) just see how you feel x
