Old or new version

I'm thinking of going back on WW. I have all of my old books (switch programme), and until an hour ago I knew nothing about PP until I read all about it. Really would like to know your views and preferences. Do you have better losses on PP? Just working out whether to use my old books again, or try PP.
 
To b honest I did discover for 3 months and pp for 3 month and lost the same, different amounts each wk but the same! Im on month 5 of pp now and I really enjoy it!

I'd say try pp, most things r pointed on food packets in pp so it's a bit easier! I think the free fruit and veg helps too, makes the plan a bit easier to stick to!

Everyone is different and when pp first came out I couldn't get on with it at all, I actually did the pp simply filling plan for the first 4 months with a couple pp days at the wk end so I can have takeout, and now im having 6 days pp 1 day sf! I think gradually bringing in the pp days made it a bit easier for me! If u want to find out about the simply filling plan there is a thread at the top of the page has all the info on there!
