Been a fair few months since I was last here, used to be Jude but as its a new year, I fancied a new start.

I came back to mini's because I was seriously considering starting the cambridge diet but the more I think about it the more I think why spend £40 on shakes when I could spend that on proper food. I know the weight loss is super fast but I just don't think I have the will power to stick.

I've done calorie counting briefly but got distracted moved on to weight watchers, which I got fed up with and ended up giving up all together. I've decided to give it another shot and give it my all, my biggest problem is that I think the grass is greener on another diet and tend to hop between the diets.

I have a neglected gym membership I'm going to start using and really make try to succeed for once in my life. I've just started a new job so it is a new start all round for me, I'm hoping 2012 will be my year.

Does anyone have any tips?
 
Just stick to your calories and it'll work! It has been brilliant for me. Not restrictive at all! The grass is definitely greenest over here :)
