OMG! 8 SYNS HOW COME???

There was a new yogurt in aldi this week, an Optifit Active - 100% natural ingredients only 1%fat so i picked one up, its in a muller shaped pot and is really tasty - I thought it might be free or nearly free with a minimal syns - i have just calculated it at 8syns!!!!!!!!!! HOW!!!!!

I am gobsmacked! I havent eaten it all, and cant bring myself to eat the rest!

ok its a new yog and i didnt think it would be on syns online, but it is (how up to date is it? fab)

and its showing as 3 syns!!

Did you select a free food when you put nutritional info in calculator, if not then that will be why it showed as 8 syns

Ah no i didnt, I didnt think it was, still a wee bit confused!! Will have a play around and investigate xx
