i have just had the most fab lunch EVER
small chicken breast topped with bbq sauce (1 syn) lean bacon and a ton of melted low fat cheese hex a half my plate was full of salad and a handful of my awsome chips (a bit like sw chips but i chop rinse pat dry dust with garlic granules onion granules and paprika and spray with frylight and cook in a hot oven)
it was sooooooo tasty i had to share my thoughts
it was a bit like the calorie laden loaded chicken you tend to get out but without the guilt.
