Just created a diary, sort of started a month ago but hubby kept saying not eating wasnt good for me so I kept having meals so decided yesterday to totally ignore him and just get on with it properly.
Am feeling quite tired today and so thirsty but kept drinking lots, also headache and just want to sleep but from before I know this will pass in a day or two.
Got all the shakes, porridge, soups (not keen on Soups), bars (like the orange one) and some pasta but not sure if its just me so OMG it was soooooo salty - can we add anything to spice it up a bit?
Looking forward to shedding the pounds, any support and advice welcomed.
