I go to the gym regularly, and my workout tends to consist of weight training for say 30+ minutes and then cardio for 30+ minutes..
On these days, along with my 3 slim and save packs and the 100g of protein, would you all recommend I consume a protein shake after my workout too?
The protein shake I have at home is a brand called Pro Trim, specifically designed for women, and is low carb, high protein and contains green tea. It's 151 calories a shake so pretty much around the same calories as the slim & save products. Is this okay?
