im back again, after 2 months or so of some self indulgences including drinking and eating (eek!) i have decided to do start again on total solution, i have about 2 weeks of lighterlife packs that i will be finishing and then will be using exante packs from then on.
i want to lose about two to three stone and am hoping that this diary will keep me on the straight and narrow by logging what i have in terms of foodpacks and also what exercise i will be doing as i have 10k run to complete in april that i need to get training for!
im gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning and see what the damage is after being pretty carb heavy today
and then go from there with weds mornings being my weekly weigh in point! not gonna lie i am a daily weigher sort of person, but i feel it keeps me on the straight and narrow on vlcd!
