This meal has been one of staple evening meals but I have managed to Dukanise iit, I serve it in little gem lettuce leaves with a dollop of plain Onken yogurt as it doesn't have such a sharp taste. This is the original recipe green chilli | Jamie Oliver | Food | Recipes (UK) as my directions might be the best!!
500g of turkey breast mince
1 onion chopped
fresh green chilli to your taste
large beef tomato ( a couple of smaller ones are fine)
Garilc again to taste
1 tsp dried sage
large green pepper chopped
small glass of water.
Dry fry turkey mince & sage, once that is cooked through add the garlic, onion, pepper & chilli and a pich or two of salt cook over a medium heat until it browns and sticks a little around the edge of the pan. Then add the chopped tomato and water and simmer for 20 min until all te liquid has been cooked off. It should be 'dry' in a good way not saucy
