I am starting slimming world AGAIN. Hopefully this time it will last for more than a couple of months! I have just about two stone to loose and would be really thankful of any advice/ support! The past couple of months i have been trying to calorie count, though seen as how i have put on almost 10 pounds, its not been working well for me! I know slimming world works because i did it a couple of years ago, so i just need to clamber up on the wagon again.
I am starting this dairy to try and keep a track of my food, also to prevent me from driving my boyfriend crazy talking about syns ad free food hex's etc. He is one of those people that can eat his whole body weight in food and not gain an ounce so he gets annoyed when i constantly talk about diets
Anyway, my first thinking out loud is that i think i may be eating too much. I know the idea is unlimited free food but in reality you cant just eat all day long! I think i am taking advantage of the word "unlimited" a bit too much.
I know this past week i have eaten really well- healthy, and i stuck to my syn allowance. But i think i may have eaten too much food. I have eaten my way through 7 pounds of apples since Saturday!
Wednesdays food;
Breakfast: Oats (35g) + Skimmed Milk (250ml) = HEX A+B
Lunch: Home made curried carrot soup (Free)/ 2 multigrain ryvita (HEX B)/ 25g cheddar (HEX A) and 1tsp butter (2syns)
Tea: carrots, potatoes and bell peppers cooked in frylight (Free)/ 80g low fat cottage cheese (free)
Snacks; 2 bananas, 2 apples, half a kinder Bueno (6 syns)
I get weighed Friday morning (doing it at home) so i suppose time will tell. . . . . Will post today's food up later
