Onesie's!!

I have decided I would like a Onesie for Xmas :)
Any advice on where to buy a decent quality one from? (I'm thinking John Lewis/M&s quality)

I bought my friend one from Next, they had quite a nice range. Although she had asked for a cotton one rather than a fleecy one, so I can only comment on the cotton ones :)

I have two from pradamark and must admit I love them. Only negative is being so cosy and having to get out of them for a shower!

Debenhams are good but don't know how you can wear all in one fleece material - I get so hot with just a jumper on but I am quite active so I think that helps keep warm haha

My daughter has one from Next which is a cotton one and a fleecy one from New Look. New Look have a massive range!

I think I am the only person in the world to not like or get the idea of a onesie!! Fleecy pj's yet, but a onesie? what a faff when you need a wee!!!

Your not alone, I don't get them either :/

Like really don't get them

and sorry I can't help with a good quality one as haven't got a daughter who wants one either.

I think if you look in any of the good shops, bhs, NEXT, m&s ect. you'll find a nice good quality one though

but do think about how you'll go to the toilet lol

I can't imagine having to take my arms and upper body out of it to go to the loo.... when you've been all snuggly warm!

I'm not dismissing those who love onesies, but could someone explain why? My daughter just says I need to "get with it" but still won't tell me what the attraction is!!!!

I would honestly say Primark! I have two from there (also asked for a new one for Christmas as the others are now too big!!), and they are great quality and come in loads of fun designs/patterns. I have one which is leopard print and another which is black and yellow with a bumblebee design.

Cos you just pull pj bottoms down, with a onesie, surely you have to take all the top bit off and arms out to then get your bum out.......

For someone like me who goes to the loo alot, this would be a nuisance!!! :sign0131:

I do think they'll be one of the things we look back at this decade and say, what were we thinking? but at least they're pj's and not something people go out and about wearing all the time (most of the time anyway lol)

I don't think its anything I will ever understand. I feel like an old fogie.

My sisters husband really wants one with a bum flap, but surely even that is a pain to go to the toilet with.... I'd be worried about spillage :/ also especially for a bloke, how is a bum flap going to help them wee?

Lol all your comments are making me laugh!!
Thanks for all the tips I shall be looking around for one.
I like the idea of being so cosy around the house, I imagine they are nice when you are ill and just want to snuggle up on the sofa all day with the tv and the dogs to keep you company :)

I have 2 fleecy onesies from primark & I love em :) they are decent quality & have washed well so no complaints :) my daughters have one from next (my 7 year old wont wear primark! Little snob!) & they are beautiful, really good quality, snugly & soft & again seem to be washing n wearing well X

Well I also couldn't cope with them because of numerous trips to the loo at night and if I wore somethig under them so that I didn't freeze when stripping off for the loo I would probably be too hot!
But when I saw the following comment I wondered if they might be a good idea after all to keep hubby at bay when I want to sleep! ;)
Talking of during the night with wearing a onesie I guess some of you don't wear them to bed.;):)
