onion rings??

Hey all

Does anyone know of any healthy onion ring recipes that might be floatin around sunwhere?...im a sucker for them and I need my onion ring fix ha

I chop my onions, dip them in egg then roll in breadcrumbs with added herbs and spices. Stick in the oven until golden. Only have to syn the bread. Very yummy.

Dunno if it would work but I use smash powder instead of breadcrumbs when I make chicken goujons? It could work with the onion rings perhaps?

I've tried smash on chicken and onion rings.... Don't think it works on onion rings personally, doesn't crisp up as much.

I've read on here of people using couscous on their chicken which would be free and suppose might work for onion rings, not tried it myself though.
