Hi all. Need some help and advice pls , am on the Exante shakes, soups and bars. This is only my third day and have just been out for a meal and had, a cesar chicken salad, and water! Can someone pls tell me if that now has taken me back to the beginning and will have to start again to get into ketosis ? Also only wanting to loose about 8 lbs, but am I allowed to eat chicken and veg most evenings if hungry or just stick to shakes and soups ? Thanks
