Hi all. Need some help and advice pls , am on the Exante shakes, soups and bars. This is only my third day and have just been out for a meal and had, a cesar chicken salad, and water! Can someone pls tell me if that now has taken me back to the beginning and will have to start again to get into ketosis ? Also only wanting to loose about 8 lbs, but am I allowed to eat chicken and veg most evenings if hungry or just stick to shakes and soups ? Thanks

Chicken and veg will be fine. With Cambridge you could do that for up to 800 Cals per day and still be in ketosis. The dressing on a cesar sals will likely have knocked you out though. However If you've only 8lb to lose vlcd isn't really the way you should do it? You'll lose a substantial amount first week but it will be glycogen that you'll regain if you stop suddenly again x
