Ok so basically I had a shake n praline bar this morning only got out pack left obviously but I've just stuffed my face with salmon and chicken! No carbs all skinless n roasted/grilled but now shitting myself! It's not like it was pizza or crisps but still went over 100g of protein by like 150g's! Any advice? Obviously back on the wagon now no desire to binge! X
 
I always aim for protein as high as possible. Carbs under 70. Don't stress hun

No stress required, chill out and know that you've just proven you can make good food choices. It won't knock you out of ketosis, your body will just use the protein first, then go back to burning fat.
 
Awesome thanks girls *phew* deep breath lol I was shocked I didn't grab a quiche and some bread! Walked past Greggs omgggggg lol xx
 
better to grab a chicken breast than a pack of crisps, dont beat yourself up.
